Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may fail to meet your expectations, and while we do not offer refunds for returns, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. 

Exchanges

We allow exchanges on merchandise that are not custom or altered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different item within seven business days of receiving the merchandise. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and not been altered in any way including resizing, 

Custom or Altered Merchandise

For custom or altered merchandise, you understand that it is created specifically for you and cannot be resold. As a result, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for these items. We would like you to double-check your order before confirming it to ensure you receive precisely what you are looking for.
